Since multiplication is a shortcut for repeated addition, we can add groups to find a given product.

- Add groups to find the product.
- Each product can be found in two different ways.

Q: 3 × 5
A: The product of 3 and 5 can be found by adding 3 groups of 5:
5 + 5 + 5 = 15
...or by adding 5 groups of 3:
3 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 3 = 15.
